British Boy Band Blue to Perform in Shillong, Gangtok, and Bengaluru During India Tour

British boy band Blue is returning to India this December as part of their 25th Anniversary World Tour. The band, known for hits like “All Rise,” “One Love,” and “Guilty,” will perform in Shillong, Gangtok, and Bengaluru, bringing their signature pop sound to Indian fans. The tour will begin in Shillong on December 11, a city that was almost included in their 2023 India tour before the show was cancelled due to logistical and production issues. Fans in the Northeast now have a chance to experience the band live.

Blue’s visit to Gangtok on December 13 will be a historic event, marking the first-ever international concert in Sikkim. The show at Paljor Stadium will also celebrate Sikkim’s 50th year of statehood, combining music, culture, and tourism in one grand celebration. The band will share the stage with Korean pop group Everglow, adding an exciting K-pop element to the event. Fans can expect a mix of Blue’s classic hits and energetic performances alongside international artists.

The India leg of the tour concludes in Bengaluru on December 14 at Phoenix Marketcity under the banner “Blue Christmas in Bengaluru.” Bengaluru, known for its enthusiastic international music audience, will host the grand finale of the band’s milestone world tour, giving fans a chance to enjoy a spectacular show as the band celebrates 25 years in the music industry.

Blue was formed in London in 2000 and consists of Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa, and Lee Ryan. Over the past two decades, the band has sold over 15 million albums worldwide and collaborated with music legends like Elton John and Stevie Wonder. Their catchy pop tunes, smooth vocals, and energetic stage presence have earned them a loyal fan base across the globe, and Indian fans are eagerly anticipating their return.

The band members have often expressed their love for India. Lee Ryan, one of the members, said last year, “We’ve always been a big fan of India. It is such an amazingly spiritual and lovely place. There are so many places I would love to see that I’ve never really got the chance to. Coming to India is definitely on my bucket list, and I would actually like to take a bit more time to get to know the country better.” This tour gives them the opportunity not only to perform but also to experience the culture and beauty of India.

The upcoming shows in Shillong, Gangtok, and Bengaluru are expected to draw large crowds and create memorable experiences for fans. With Blue’s return, Indian audiences will once again get to enjoy a world-class pop concert, while the historic performance in Sikkim highlights the growing importance of live international music events in the Northeast. Blue’s tour in India promises energy, nostalgia, and celebration, making it a must-attend for music lovers.

Overall, the band’s India tour in December 2025 reflects their commitment to connecting with fans worldwide, celebrating their 25-year journey, and offering audiences in India a chance to enjoy an unforgettable live music experience.
