CM Yogi Adityanath Says Global Investors Now See a New Uttar Pradesh, Investment Proposals Cross 60 Thousand Crore
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that Uttar Pradesh has witnessed a complete transformation in how it is perceived by investors across the world. Speaking during his overseas engagements, he noted that the image of the state has changed “360 degrees,” with global investors now showing strong confidence in Uttar Pradesh’s growth story.
The Chief Minister shared that during visits to specialised zones and infrastructure facilities abroad, including areas that are not easily accessible to the general public, the delegation closely studied cargo handling systems and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) facilities. He said countries like Singapore have deep expertise in aircraft maintenance, where planes from across the world come for servicing, and similar facilities can now be developed in India as well. The upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar is being planned not just as a passenger hub but also as a major cargo and MRO centre.
CM Yogi said investors were well-prepared, deeply informed, and closely tracking developments in Uttar Pradesh. He pointed out that transparency and access to information have made the global business community more aware of the progress being made in the state. As a result, within a short span, Uttar Pradesh has received investment proposals worth nearly crore of rupees , with MoUs worth several thousand crores already signed through the Invest UP team.
The Chief Minister credited this growing global trust to consistent policy reforms, strong governance, and the vision provided under the leadership of Narendra Modi. He said the hard work done in Uttar Pradesh over the past years is now being recognised not just across the country but internationally. According to him, investors today are thinking positively about Uttar Pradesh and are keen to be part of its development journey.
