The spy thriller Dhurandhar 2, starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, continues its remarkable run at the global box office. Within just few days of release, the film has emerged as one of the fastest-grossing Indian movies, moving rapidly towards the ₹1000 crore mark worldwide.

Released with a record-breaking premiere, the film opened strongly and maintained momentum over the weekend. By Sunday, it had already collected ₹454 crore net in India. On Monday, traditionally considered a crucial test for big releases, the film showed exceptional stability by earning ₹65 crore, taking its five-day domestic total to ₹519 crore setting a new benchmark for Indian cinema.

The film’s performance overseas has also been impressive. With consistent daily collections, it has garnered around $25 million internationally so far. Its strong showing in North America and other markets has contributed significantly to its global total, which now stands at approximately ₹850 crore. The film also recorded one of the biggest Monday earnings globally, adding nearly ₹100 crore in a single day.

In the process, Dhurandhar 2 has surpassed the lifetime earnings of several major Indian blockbusters, including PK and Chhaava. With its current pace, the film is expected to cross further milestones soon and solidify its place among the highest-grossing films in Indian cinema history.
